Commercial Construction Project Superintendant
Job Description
We are a leading company in the commercial construction industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Construction Project Superintendant to join our team. This role involves leading work crews across multiple job sites, coordinating manpower and equipment usage, and ensuring materials are readily available. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple challenges with the support of our excellent staff. Responsibilities
- Lead work crews across multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Coordinate manpower and ancillary equipment usage.
- Ensure materials are readily available to keep projects on track.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Work after hours and weekends on occasion.
Qualifications
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Physical abilities to work in a rigorous environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working efficiently.
- Proficiency in reading charts, diagrams, plans, take offs, submittals, specifications.
- Experience in doing take offs of Duct, making duct cut sheets, doing piping takeoffs.
- 10+ years of HVAC experience.
Compensation
Starting from $58,000.00 per year, based on experience.
