Requisito de Idioma: Due to the nature of our equipment operations and for the safety of all personnel, fluency in Spanish is required. This ensures seamless communication with our local team and full adherence to on-site safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Forklift & Heavy Equipment Operator

As a specialized equipment operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse. Your role focuses on high-density storage navigation and order fulfillment using specific machinery.

Equipment Operation

• Precision Handling: Operate Reach Trucks to place or retrieve pallets from high-level racking systems (up to 30+ feet).

• Order Selection: Utilize Cherry Pickers (Order Pickers) to elevate yourself to various rack levels for manual case or piece picking.

• Transport & Loading: Use Electric Pallet Jacks to transport staged goods to shipping docks and load/unload trailers efficiently.

• Safety Inspections: Conduct daily pre-operational safety checklists on all assigned equipment; report any mechanical issues or battery maintenance needs immediately.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
