Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative (Finance). The role is located in Miami, FL. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals. The role will require conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the achievement of business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship-building skills, including the ability to create and maintain client relationships
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting proposals and engaging with clients
  • Knowledge in finance, financial products, and business development strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other business development platforms
  • Experience in financial services, business development, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • English and Bilingual Spanish is preferred

Daily Responsibilities:

Make 300-600 outbound call attempts per day to business owners using our automated power dialer

Introduce commercial financing solutions to businesses that may need capital

Ask qualifying questions to understand if we can help their business

Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with our processing team

Learn from senior advisors who will help you close deals while you develop your skills

Build relationships with clients who come back to you for future financing needs

Commission-Based Compensation

First 3-6 months: $10,000-$40,000 (learning phase, building skills)

Months 6-12: $40,000-$80,000 (gaining momentum, closing consistently)

Year 2: $80,000-$200,000 (established client base and referral network)

Years 3+: $150,000-$400,000+ (leveraging book of business)

Top Performers: $400,000-$600,000+ annually

Team Leaders: $1,000,000+ annually
