Business Development Specialist - Aircraft Components
About the Opportunity:
Join us as a Business Development Specialist – Aircraft Components . We are an industry leader in aircraft component services, and we’re looking for a driven aviation professional who’s ready to grow revenue, build strong customer relationships, and uncover new market opportunities. In this role, your work will directly impact our growth, strategy, and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify target product and sales opportunities.
- Leverage military reports and industry data to uncover new business prospects.
- Assist in developing pricing packages and proposals.
- Support strategic policies for military component contracts and assigned projects.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to strengthen market positioning.
- Prepare business intelligence reports and generate qualified sales leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in aviation MRO, with a focus on aircraft component repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
