Retail For The People is seeking an exceptional Senior Client Advisor (Private Clienteling Focus) to join the in-store Rosie Assoulin team at Royal Poinciana Plaza .

The Senior Client Advisor (Private Clienteling Focus) will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with personal shoppers and stylists, while hosting private in-store appointments and driving appointment-based revenue inside the boutique.

This role blends elevated styling expertise with strong in-store sales performance and operational execution.

The Role

As an in-store Senior Client Advisor (Private Clienteling Focus), you will:

• Serve as the primary in-store liaison for both personal shoppers and stylists.

• Coordinate and host private appointments within the boutique.

• Drive revenue through relationship-based selling and curated styling experiences.

You will operate as a trusted partner to stylists—preparing wardrobe edits in advance, managing fittings with precision, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience from arrival to checkout.

What You’ll Do

Stylist & Personal Shopper Partnerships

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Palm Beach personal shoppers and wardrobe consultants.

• Actively prospect and onboard new stylist partners within the local market.

• Serve as the main in-store contact for stylist requests, product inquiries, and holds.

• Maintain consistent outreach cadence (lookbooks, curated edits, delivery previews).

Private In-Store Appointments

• Coordinate and host private styling sessions within the boutique.

• Pre-pull curated selections and prepare fitting rooms in advance.

• Provide detailed product knowledge and fit guidance during appointments.

• Manage appointment flow with discretion, warmth, and efficiency.

• Follow up post-appointment with additional recommendations and outreach.

Commercial & KPI Ownership

• Drive appointment-based revenue and repeat stylist business.

• Track AOV, UPT, and repeat booking frequency.

• Monitor stylist-driven sales and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Store Leadership on weekly reporting and performance reviews.

Product & Operational Excellence

• Develop deep knowledge of Rosie Assoulin’s seasonal collections and fabrication.

• Maintain awareness of in-store inventory to facilitate quick pulls and requests.

• Manage stylist racks, holds, and follow-up requests with strong organization.

• Support in-store events and stylist-led activations.

In-Store Sales & Client Experience

• Maintain a strong, consistent presence on the sales floor especially when the floor is busy during key trading times.

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one styling and wardrobe-building support.

• Support walk-in clientele while prioritizing scheduled appointments.

• Uphold impeccable visual, fitting room, and service standards.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in luxury retail sales or styling.

• Experienced working directly with personal shoppers and independent stylists.

• Comfortable operating in a boutique, in-store environment with daily floor presence.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented in preparing appointments and managing multiple relationships.

• Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Polished, warm, and confident communicator.

• Self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven retail setting.

• Passionate about styling, craftsmanship, and building long-term professional partnerships.
