Sales Representative for Real Estate Investment Company
DISCLOSURE : Let's Grow COO / AcquisitionReps.com is recruiting for multiple real estate investment companies.
LOCATION:
- 9620 Executive Center Dr N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
- Must be in office during company business hours of 9am-6pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed
ABOUT OUR CLIENT :
Are you a proven, top-performing sales professional who wants to use your skills in a real estate investing business where high performance pays extremely well?
We represent a well established real estate investment firm in St. Petersburg, FL that buy houses directly from homeowners, renovates and resells the properties, and helps people find practical solutions when a traditional sale may not be the best fit. They are not real estate brokers or agents. They are direct-to-seller real estate investors.
They have purchased hundreds of homes, are growing quickly, and they are looking for great people who want to grow with them as a Home Buying Specialist, take ownership, and want to be handsomely rewarded for their results.
You will be on a team that values training, accountability, personal growth, and high standards. They provide the top tier training, tools, coaching, systems, and support needed to help the right person succeed in their fast-moving sales environment.
If you want a role where your effort, skill, and follow-through directly impact your income and career growth, this may be the right opportunity for you.
OUR CLIENTS' VALUES:
We vet our clients to make sure they live by the same core values we have of:
- Adaptability – Be a problem solver. Things will happen, but you have to be able to think quick on your feet to serve clients in the best way possible.
- Integrity – Treat everyone with respect, honesty, and consistency. Do what you say you will do, especially when no one is watching.
- Loyalty – Devoted support not only to the team and team members, but also to the clients to serve them the best way possible.
- Teamwork – There is no “I” in team. We win when we communicate, support each other, and stay aligned.
- Attitude – Think big. Stay positive. Be respectful. No drama, no gossip, and no excuses.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Home Buying Specialist, you will turn seller leads into signed purchase agreements by talking with distressed homeowners, understanding their situation, building trust, evaluating motivation, reviewing property details, negotiating offers, and helping the company buy properties at the right price.
This role requires strong sales ability, high emotional intelligence, steady emotional control, relentless follow-up, and the confidence to have honest conversations with sellers who may be unsure, hesitant, or not ready to decide right away.
You will work closely with lead management, underwriting, transaction coordination, dispositions, construction, and leadership to make sure every opportunity is handled properly from the first conversation to signed contract.
The right person is extremely persuasive, coachable, competitive, and highly accountable. They enjoy the “thrill of the hunt,” know how to handle objections without becoming pushy or defensive, and do not back down just because a seller says “no” the first time.
This job is not about taking orders, waiting for easy deals, or pressuring sellers into bad decisions just to get the contract. It is about asking strong questions, solving real problems, presenting clear options, following up until there is a clear outcome, and creating win-win agreements that make sense for both the seller and the company.
If you…
- Are competitive and want to be measured by results
- Love sales, negotiation, and human psychology
- Are confident, and can quickly build trust over the phone and in person
- Are remarkably persuasive
- Know how to ask direct questions without sounding pushy or abrasive
- Are comfortable having hard conversations about money, motivation, and timelines with people you just met
- Thrive on lead follow up via phone calls, email, and text message
- Can handle rejection without getting emotional, defensive, or losing momentum
- Follow up until there is a clear yes, no, or future next step
- Are not afraid to fail, and “quit” is not in your vocabulary
- Are coachable and hungry to achieve great things in your life
- Are willing to follow a proven sales process without “winging it”
- Grasp the benefits of continuous learning and personal development
- Are a winner with a track record of exceptional results
- Want more upside than a typical sales job can offer
