We are hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR and Regional positions nationwide . This is one of the top-paying dry van carriers in the country , offering strong weekly pay without needing extreme miles.

- Top pay up to $0.71 CPM (Solo) / $0.98 CPM (Teams)
- Consistent miles
- Home time options available (weekly, bi-weekly, or extended depending on the account)
- Rider policy (solo drivers)

- Assigned trucks (most fleets)
- Take truck home (most regional fleets)
- Nationwide hiring (most states)
- Solo OTR: Up to $0.71 CPM
- Teams: Up to $0.98 CPM
- Orientation Pay: $300
- Additional bonuses available depending on start date

- ~40% overnight freight (9 PM – 5 AM)
- No-touch, driver-friendly operations
- Consistent, pre-planned loads
- Minimum 8 months CDL-A experience (recent)
- Must have winter driving experience (snow/ice required)
- Must be 21+ years old
- No SAP drivers accepted
- CDL must match state of residence
- Drivers must be flexible with day/night schedules
- Strong safety culture – strict policies enforced
