Job Description

This job position requires accurate aluminum fabrication to build commercial-intricate residential stairs and railings. You will be working with a team of well trained workers. Leaderships, organization, and taking initiative in a key role in this position. Standard blue print reading capabilities is a plus, as we build our products according to blue prints.

Job position is one of the best around as the room for growth is unlimited. We are rapidly growing and our fabricators are going to grow with us!

You will be required to take a fabrication test from a minor blueprint to qualify for this position. It is a fairly simple test that consists of cutting, fabrication, welding, grinding/finishing, prepping for powder coat, and inspection of your product.

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Mig and Tig Welding
• Fabrication from the birth of a project
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Install final product on location

​ Qualifications:

• Experienced in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields in metals
• Grinding, finishing, powered coat preparation, polishing, Tig welding
• Proficient with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload and heavy lifting
• Punctuality and attendance are a must
• Leadership and quality is the #1 expectation
• Eagerness to be part of the team
• Proficient in the operation of tools and fabrication equipment
• Willing to learn
