About the role
At Consensus, youll work with global clients, exciting projects, and a team thats passionate about creating next-level engagement experiences.

This role isfully remote, and youll report directly to ourEvents Director. You'll be part of atight-knit, collaborative team, where your ideas count and your impact is felt. Were deeply involved inexternal events around the globe, so youll get the chance to support bothvirtual and in-person experiences - with opportunities for international travel.

What Youll Do
As an EventSuccess Specialist, youll become the go-to expert helping clients get the most from ourConnectplatform. From onboarding and training to hands-on event support, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve real results.

• Guide new customers through setup and onboarding
• Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to help them get started
• Provide first-line supportquickly solving questions and issues with a smile
• Help plan and deliver virtual and in-person events (yep, you might need your passport!)
• Join regular check-ins to understand client goals and keep them on track
• Work cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and give feedback on the product

What You Bring

• A passion for helping people and making technology easy to use
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset - youll thrive in a small, supportive team
• A love of fast-paced environments with lots of variety
• Bonus points for experience inpharmaceutical meetingsortech software, but not essential
• All training is providedwell get you up to speed
