- Professional Trial Exposure
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and notices
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials in state and federal courts
- Organize and summarize medical records and bills
- Assist with trial preparation and trial binders
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
- 5–7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Familiarity with Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with legal case-management software (Filevine preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
