CNC Machinist-Turning-2nd Shift
• Operates equipment to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards. (Mazak Lathe)
• Interprets blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications
• Determine process, tools, programming (in Mazatrol) and setup
- Neatly and accurately completes all required paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures
- Ensure all safe work practices are followed
Qualifications include:• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years experience preferred. Prefer experience in a Job Shop.
• Familiarity with a variety of metals and plastics, and working on parts with very close tolerances.
• Ability to inspect own work, troubleshoot and recommend optimal cutting tools a must.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Standard 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am
OT Friday 2:15pm-10:45pm (When needed)
