What’s the challenge?

You’ll serve as a Material Planner – Level 2 (PGD – Wind CMSP planner) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 on a 1-year W-2 contract. Your mission: coordinate and optimize planning so maintenance work happens smoothly, on time, and on budget.

How you’ll tackle it

1. Define the work: Identify jobs, validate scope, and determine what’s truly needed for both major and minor maintenance activities.
2. Build the plan: Prepare cost and schedule estimates and craft job-specific work instructions that guide safe, effective execution.
3. Enable execution: Administer procurement contracts and maintain the documentation that supports outage delivery.
4. Keep it moving: Coordinate planning activities to maintain continuity and drive efficiency, reporting to the onsite Manager.
5. Improve continuously: Engage with vendors, engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to standardize processes and elevate performance.
6. Adapt: Take on other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Do you bring the right foundation?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr.
