Grounds Keeper
Join a dedicated team committed to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping grounds and buildings in top condition. The Grounds Keeper will play a key part in ensuring the property is well-maintained, supporting both daily upkeep and larger projects. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours, offering a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas
- Use a magnet to remove screws, nails, and other debris from parking lots
- Assist with cleaning and painting tasks as needed
- Support larger maintenance projects as part of a team
- Help unload trucks and assist parts runners with deliveries
Qualifications
- Experience with lawn care and general maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation
This is a part-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm, for a total of 20-25 hours per week.
