About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, educate them on available HVAC solutions, and recommend systems that improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term value.

You'll manage the complete customer journey—from consultation and proposal to project approval and follow-up—while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.

• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and discuss customer comfort goals.

• Recommend customized heating and cooling solutions based on each homeowner's needs.

• Educate customers on system features, energy efficiency, financing options, and available products.

• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.

• Guide homeowners through the entire sales process from consultation to signed agreement.

• Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company systems.

• Partner with installation and operations teams to help ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Consistently work toward individual sales and performance goals.
