Salary:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Window, Door, and Hurricane Shutter Installer and Measure Tech to join our elite team. This role focuses on accurately measuring, preparing material lists, and performing flawless installations of replacement windows, doors, and shutters. The ideal candidate combines craftsmanship, precision, and a strong customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional results on every project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure windows, doors, and shutters to generate detailed material lists.
• Perform installations with precision, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Apply knowledge of home construction, including finished carpentry, to support installation projects.
• Adhere to company safety standards and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience installing replacement windows, doors, and hurricane shutters.
• Proficient in taking precise measurements and creating accurate material lists.
• Strong craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and professional in demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of home construction and finished carpentry is preferred.
