Action Coordinator

We're looking for a driven transaction coordinator and showing assistant to manage listings and showings throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You'd be responsible for overseeing listings and showings from start to finish to ensure the office runs smoothly, set up listings, and help with occasional buyers.

Florida Real Estate Experience required, and a license is very important.

$50,000 yearly DOE

• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Make sure the buyer's offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Real estate license preferred
