Role Overview

As an Insurance Agent, youll be the frontline advocate for our clientsguiding them through coverage options, building long-term relationships, and ensuring their needs are met with care and clarity. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and personalized service
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage gaps, and renewal strategies
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using our CRM and workflow tools
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and elevate client experience
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and product offerings
• Represent the agencys values in every interactionwith clients, partners, and peers
