HVAC Field Logistics Driver

Be the link between our warehouse and the jobsite

Your day starts at Westcoast’s yard. You walk the parts truck—clean, tidy, safe—and confirm it’s fully stocked. BuildOps pings with the first-call deliveries, and you chart the fastest route to get critical HVAC components into technicians’ hands without delay. Between drops, you swing by vendors to pick up materials, keep dispatch in the loop on stock levels, and flag any shortages or errors so fixes happen fast.

Throughout the day, you’re loading and unloading the parts truck, securing every item, and documenting paperwork and warranty returns so nothing falls through the cracks. When needed, you shuttle Westcoast vehicles for service and assist with transporting team members. Before you wrap, you restock, tidy up, and ensure tomorrow’s runs are set.

What you’ll handle

• Keep the work environment and parts truck clean, orderly, and safe.
• Load, secure, and unload HVAC parts and construction materials for jobsite delivery.
• Maintain and manage a fully stocked parts truck; communicate stock needs.
• Use BuildOps to make first call deliveries to techs and plan efficient routes.
• Deliver goods to field personnel quickly and accurately; pick up goods from vendors and take them where needed.
• Notify the right parties about any errors or missing items and coordinate corrections.
• Stay in constant contact with dispatch and the warehouse to complete deliveries and pickups.
• Transport Westcoast vehicles for service and assist with moving Westcoast personnel as needed.
• Return paperwork and warranty items promptly for processing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and, with help or equipment, move heavier loads as required.

What you bring

• Clean driving record; valid driver’s license.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience pulling trailers up to 18’.
• Comfort driving pickups, vans, and box trucks.
• Proficiency in truck operations and load securement; able to handle occasional heavy lifting.
• Experience moving construction materials between jobsites.

Compensation and benefits

• Starting pay: $20/hour to $22/hour, with benefits.
• 401K.
• Vacation pay and 6 paid holidays.

• No out of state travel required; most projects are within a 1–2 hour radius of the office.
