✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, just real conversations that matter
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, helping them find the perfect piece
• Manage the full sales process , from inquiry to purchase, using tools like HubSpot to stay organized and efficient
• Drive results — increase conversions, strengthen loyalty, and become a trusted advisor in the eyes of your clients

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator – both written and verbal, in English
• Confident relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized multitasker – able to manage leads, follow-ups, and workflow with care
• Self-starter with a great attitude and strong work ethic
• 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer service, or consulting role is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience and performance)
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Weekends Off
• Paid Time Off: 5 vacation days (after 1 year), plus paid legal holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
• 401(k): Eligible after 6 months
• Health Insurance: With company contribution
