Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote working 100% PST no flex
Job Type: 12 mo contract with extensions
8-9 openings – 8-9 .net fullstack , 3-4 react development focused
PST LOCATIONS PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:
- 8-9 back-end developers primarily working with C#, React, and Azure Cloud.
- Oversee 3-4 engineers specializing in React with some C# experience.
- Utilize Azure Cloud, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth development and deployment processes.
- Paired programming and mob programming required
- Collaborate with external teams to ensure alignment and integration of various components
Principal Level (1 opening):
- Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise to drive the project forward.
- Mentor and support team members, especially when they encounter challenges with release pipelines or code issues.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in back-end development with C# and React.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with external teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large-scale migration projects.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and their integration.
