Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while supervising a team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, logistics coordination, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and a culture of safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze inventory levels and implement improvements to achieve optimal stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse systems and processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and provide actionable insights.

Must Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory management software and logistics systems.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics and best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Oversee the daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate regular inventory counts.
• Execute training sessions for new hires regarding warehouse procedures and safety.
• Interact with suppliers and logistics partners for seamless operations.
• Prepare and present updates on warehouse metrics to upper management.
