Robbie's of Islamorada isn't just a place; it's a legendary Keys landmark, famous for its one-of-a-kind blend of awesome dining, lively entertainment, and incredible marine life encounters. We're on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Landscaper/Groundskeeper to help us keep our spectacular waterfront property looking absolutely pristine.

Your Mission: Keeper of the Keys' Beauty
As our Landscaper/Groundskeeper, you'll be the wizard behind the gorgeous greenery, the hero of the hedges, and the champion of cleanliness across our outdoor spaces, including our lush landscaping, vibrant gardens, and welcoming walkways. This isn't just about mowing; it's about making our slice of paradise shine! You'll need some good old-fashioned elbow grease, a keen eye for detail, and a "can-do" attitude that's as bright as the Florida sun.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Green Scene Guru: Mow, trim, edge, plant, and weed like a pro – keeping our grounds picture-perfect.
• Water Wizard: Maintain irrigation systems to ensure our plants are always perfectly quenched.
• Tool Tsar: Help keep all our landscaping equipment and tools in tip-top shape.
• Cleanliness Commander: Contribute to the overall sparkle and presentation of our entire property.
• Safety Star: Follow all safety rules because keeping you (and everyone!) safe is super important.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Work seamlessly with the crew and jump in wherever needed – we're a family here!

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• A Groundskeeping Gem: Experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we're eager to teach!
• Organized Oasis: You're a whiz at keeping equipment and supplies neat and tidy.
• Communication King/Queen: You've got amazing communication and people skills, representing Robbie's with a friendly face and a "can-do" spirit!
• Plant Pro (or soon-to-be): Knowledge of plants, trees, and outdoor maintenance techniques will make you shine.
• Irrigation Ace: Experience with irrigation systems? That's a definite bonus!
• Eager Beaver: You're excited to pick up new skills and techniques.
• Strong & Steady: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have the physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
• Plumbing Pal: Basic plumbing knowledge is a sweet extra perk.
• Teamwork Triumphant: You're all about collaboration and excellence in everything you do.
• Safety Savvy: You've got a basic understanding of groundskeeping safety.

The Nitty-Gritty:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekends as needed (especially in season!)
Experience: At least 1 year of Landscaper/Groundskeeper experience (preferred, but show us your passion!).
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred).
Location: Islamorada, FL 33036. You must be able to reliably commute to and work in Islamorada, FL. If you're not already here, you'll need to relocate before starting work!
