$15 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Hours: 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Your Role as a Porter:
As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is clean, safe and presentable.

Your Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways, in a Class A office building:
✅

Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
✅

Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
✅ Use a mobile device to clock in/out, and communicate with the team.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Team player with a willingness to learn.
✔ Ability to stand for 4 hours, walk stairs, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
✔ Must be able to communicate in English

1 year experience preferred
✔ Reliable transportation to job sites.
✔ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

✔ Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and to communicate with area supervisor.
✔ Background check required.
