Software Developer (FL)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. As part of our development team, you will be responsible for creating robust software solutions, ensuring performance, and collaborating closely with other departments to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Work with other developers to integrate Java applications with other systems and services.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other application-related problems.
• Contribute to system architecture design and implementation decisions.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging Java technologies and trends.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4 + years of experience in Java development and software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), and experience with ORM frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web technologies like RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
