Job Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality titanium components used in advanced applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with titanium machining, strong programming skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G-code.
Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material loading.
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture titanium parts to exact specifications.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to programs or setups.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, preferably with titanium.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
