We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Foreman to join our Team. This role will lead teams of Landscape Crews while supervising the day-to-day operations of our clients' needs. 

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate : Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members 

• Supervise : Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations 

• Train : Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety 

• Maintain : Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality 

• Ensure safety : Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment 

• Troubleshoot : Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance 

• Manage equipment : Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available 

• Manage budget : Organize and track budget data 

• Perform hands-on work : Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks 

Skills and qualifications : 

• Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems 

• Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies 

• Ability to work with hand and power tools skid steer and tree lift 

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads 

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring to Us: 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. 

• Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service. 

• Valid driver's license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record. 

• Familiarity with Aspire software a plus! 

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
