Remote Customer Support Specialist
Flowfox is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support our distribution department in Miami. This role is available part-time or full-time. Applications are accepted only from Florida. Hourly pay ranges from $17–$23. Training is provided, and schedules are flexible.
Duties:
- Respond to customer emails and chats.
- Support distribution-related inquiries.
- Provide order and shipment updates.
- Resolve basic service requests.
- Log interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Follow support procedures.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Florida.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
