Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead
- Lead & Train: Supervise warehouse associates, fostering a safe and respectful work environment.
- Manage Inbound: Coordinate daily unloading, inspection, and efficient put-away of merchandise.
- Ensure Accuracy: Verify received inventory against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
- Collaborate: Partner with logistics providers and internal teams (Sales/Marketing) to streamline operations.
- Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment with proven team leadership.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with RF Smart scanners; NetSuite WMS knowledge is a major plus.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Communication: Exceptional organizational skills; bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
- Flexibility: Available for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
