An Optometrist (OD) is needed in Gainesville, FL.

This position is with Hedges Eye Care, an independent private practice where the team truly comes first, creating an environment where exceptional patient care naturally follows.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 total compensation
- Salary: Competitive base compensation with production bonuses, paid every month
- Malpractice Insurance
- Retirement: 401(K) with Employer Match
- Other Benefits: Continuing Education (CE) support and Leadership Development.
Responsibilities
- Full and part-time roles available
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- See 14-17 patients per day
- Provide comprehensive primary and medical eye care within your scope of practice.
- Manage and co-manage ocular disease, dry eye, and specialty contact lenses using advanced technology.
- Collaborate with a support team of highly trained technicians, scribes, and optical specialists.
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
- Licensed Required: Optometrist (OD)
- Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution
- Open to New Graduates and Upcoming Graduates
