💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for traveling medical staff, conducting welcome calls and guiding them through travel, timesheet, and expense processes.
• Book travel accommodations , manage airline rewards programs, and coordinate logistics with third-party vendors.
• Handle expense reporting and accounts receivable —including reconciling travel expenses and following up on client payments.
• Provide administrative support to our sales team and assist with billing, payroll, and vendor coordination.
• Organize and maintain accurate provider data, reports, and CRM/ATS notes.
• Identify inefficiencies or issues and communicate proactively with leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional, administrative setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with billing or expense platforms.
• CRM/ATS experience is a plus.
• A customer-first attitude , high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
