Go-Kart Supervisor
About Us:
At Piquet Race Park , we deliver high-speed fun and unforgettable experiences! We’re looking for a motivated Go Kart Supervisor to lead our track team, ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional guest service.
Location: Loxahatchee Groves, FL
Job Type:Full-time / On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily track operations, ensuring all races run smoothly and safely
- Train, schedule, and manage track staff and race marshals
- Enforce all safety rules and operational procedures
- Oversee go-kart maintenance, track inspections, and performance checks
- Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to improve operations and team performance
- Maintain accurate records of staff hours, incidents, and maintenance logs
- Assist with special events, group bookings, and corporate activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role (hospitality, recreation, or motorsports preferred)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with small engines is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid work permit or legal authorization to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods
- Comfortable working in loud, active environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
