Luxury Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a polished and motivated Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, energy, and attention to detail, guiding prospective residents through a seamless leasing process while ensuring our community maintains the highest occupancy and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase Luxury Living: Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the community’s upscale features, amenities, and lifestyle.
• Market Strategically: Leverage online listings, social media, and creative outreach to attract prospective residents.
• Build Resident Relationships: Foster strong connections with prospects and current residents by providing white-glove service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Leasing Excellence: Prepare, explain, and execute lease agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Application Processing: Review and process rental applications, including background checks and reference verification.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of availability, applications, renewals, and resident communications.
• Property Management Collaboration: Partner with the management team to ensure units are move-in ready and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly.
• Community Engagement: Support resident events and initiatives that promote a welcoming, luxury community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous leasing, hospitality, or sales experience — luxury or high-end experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
