Student Assistant
The Student Worker supports the ministry of Forest Lake SDA Church by assisting with tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Pastor, helping ensure the church runs smoothly and serves its community effectively.
Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
- Christian attitude in line with church vision
- Be a self-starter that seeks out jobs and looks for ways to improve Forest Lake Church
- Stay on task and maintain focus on work
- Reliable and fully responsible to get jobs accomplished
- Willing to work with other team members to represent Jesus through the ministry of this church community
- Must pass background check through Verified Volunteers
- Have a legal right to work in the United States
- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds or more
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Pastor to complete various tasks and jobs for specific ministries
- Work with ministry leaders by assisting in duties as assigned
