About the Role

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Consultants at SEIDOR North America are responsible for the end-to-end implementation cycle of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system for our customers. As an Cloud Consultant you will play a crucial role in the design, testing, and launching of the system's functionality and it's customizations. You will provide key training for our customers to show them how they can get the most out of their SAP system.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud FICO solutions for clients across different industries and sectors.
• Work closely with business users, finance teams, and IT teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO end-to-end solution processes including but not limited to: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Banking collections, payment processing, dunning, clearing, settlements, and write-offs.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO, FI-AR, FI-CO applications, and operational modules
• Lead functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-user training
• Support data migration, conversions, and system content upgrades
• Assist in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects, ensuring alignment with new SAP technologies; SAP B1 to S/4HPC or SAP ByD to S/4HPC
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to provide functional specifications for custom developments.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Follow SAP Activate Methodology practices including Fit-to-Std, Data Migration and Testing workstreams
• Work closely with our Presales and Sales teams during the presales processes; preparing demos and providing input for project estimations.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have a passion for service and teamwork, a strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes, and drive for delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• +2 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance and Accounting Consultant
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations or migrations (end-to-end implementations)
• Must hold valid SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition – Finance and Accounting certification
• Advanced proficiency in English Language (C1 or C2) to maintain business level conversations
• Deep understanding of financial processes in professional services, financial services, wholesale distribution, technology, industrial, consumer products industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, PPT
• Remote role with occasional travel if required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Problem solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to define functional business requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
• Must be eligible & authorized to travel to or work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field
• +5 years of experience in ERP software solutions
• Located in LATAM countries like: Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico
• Bilingual: Spanish language is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is a plus
