Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) with expertise in Home Health (HH) is needed in Bristol, Florida. This position involves providing home health therapy services to a patient population primarily consisting of individuals aged 65 and older. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Bristol, Florida
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 2 years of relevant experience, experience in outpatient or home health settings preferred, and able to work in the designated geographic area covering five counties (Leon, Gadsden, Liberty, Franklin, Calhoun).
• Additional Information: The caseload includes approximately 50 patients with an anticipated increase up to 80 patients; experience with orthopedics is desirable. The therapist will cover five counties, providing home health services to an elderly population.
