Dental Front Office/Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans within our office.
Duties:
- Welcome each patient into the office with a smile.
- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient treatment plans for general and surgical dental procedures.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office and scheduling.
- Phone skills for recalls and treatment plan review.
- Experience with Eaglesoft.
- Dental Intel.
