- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Coach and guide mentees through real estate processes, sales techniques, and client relations
- Share proven strategies and industry best practices
- Offer constructive feedback and motivation to mentees
- Monitor mentee progress and provide tailored advice
- Help mentees set and achieve realistic goals
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Technology driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
