Pediatrician (MD / DO)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No After-Hours Call)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits Package

A well-established community health organization is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
