Spray Technician
Responsibilities - The primary function will be spraying nonselective herbicides on all properties
- Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on all commercial properties
- Monitor landscape health and identify care needs, including diagnosing primary turf problems and basic pest identification
- Maintain proper documentation as required by The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
- Attend all required field safety training and utilize proper safety equipment to ensure a proactive approach to safety
Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Experience is aquatic herbicide (Preferred)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Lawn and ornamental certification (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday - Friday
- Some overtime, both weekend and evenings, may be required
