Role Snapshot

• Weekend coverage that helps ensure 24/7 site reliability.
• Own PMs, repairs, and upgrades on production, facility, and lab assets.
• Diagnose and fix electrical/control systems quickly and safely.

Your Core Impact

• Process daily work orders; plan and perform facility/equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot/repair control cabinets, VFDs, and main electrical distribution panels.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on assigned equipment.
• Assist the Utility Department with general repairs and passivations.
• Support engineering projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Hold the line on GMP/SOP training and safety compliance.
• Practice LOTO, use PPE, and maintain excellent housekeeping.
• Repair machine parts using shop equipment; operate lathe/mill/welder (preferred).
• Work in confined spaces (entry required); qualify on respirator (training provided).
• Operate in an aseptic environment (training provided).

Must‑Haves

• HS Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years applicable industry experience or technical training.
• 2+ years focused experience with controls and electrical systems.
• Strong diagnostic approach and composure under time pressure.
• Detail orientation and a quality mindset.
• Effective verbal/written communication.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Comfort with hand, electrical, and measuring tools.

Nice to Have

• Lathe and milling machine operation experience.
• Welding familiarity.
