LPN/RN Quality Review

Job Title: Quality Review RN or LPN
Location: In-Office – Margate, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reports To: VP of Clinical Operations

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN or LPN for a full-time, in-office telephonic position focused on clinical quality review. This role involves auditing and reviewing patient charts to ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and internal documentation standards. The position is entirely office-based and does not involve direct patient care. After 90 days of employment, hybrid flexibility is available (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

RNs must be able to obtain a New York RN license within 90 days of hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations

• Validate OASIS assessments, care plans, visit notes, and physician orders

• Ensure proper ICD-10 coding in alignment with current home health and regulatory guidelines

• Identify trends in documentation and collaborate with clinical staff for improvements

• Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to leadership

• Stay current on applicable CMS and regulatory updates

• Participate in clinical team meetings to enhance quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience

• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards

• Experience with OASIS and ICD-10 coding preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

• LPN Salary: $50,000 – $55,000

• RN Salary: $65,000 – $70,000

• 25 days of PTO annually

• Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days

• Hybrid work schedule after 90 days (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
