Compensation:$100,000 - $200,000 yearly (commission-based)

Responsibilities:

Become an expert in the Orlando real estate market to confidently assist buyers and sellers.

Engage and nurture high-quality leads to build a strong client base.

Provide top-tier consultation services, guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Manage seamless transactions, from initial consultations to closing day.

Deliver exceptional service, turning clients into lifelong advocates.

Qualifications:

A go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivation is key.

Passionate about real estate and helping people achieve their homeownership goals.

Experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required).

Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work systems.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must have an active Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one).
