Ready to make a lasting impact• Take the next step in your career with us! Position Specific Description Welcome to the Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C) Team. You will work for the largest renewable construction company in the world under the active direction of the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager as system, business, and project support. This is a progressive role that offers opportunity for career growth. Daily activities can include, but are not limited to: • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word, One Note, SAP, Unifier, or similar applications to track and report on key Solar project indicators.
• Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate notable variables, indicators, and trends.
• Implement processes to collect, track, manage, and complete data deliverables in appropriate platforms to ensure integrity in Document Management Systems.
• Create shopping carts, manage purchase orders and change orders, and gather supporting documentation to execute them in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Support development of assigned Solar project schedules and integration of cross functional activities from subject matter experts; identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
• Support optimization and cost reduction efforts for assigned Solar project.
• Support creation of assigned Solar project capital budgets, take ownership, and actively manage budget performance.
• Prepare commercial and technical documents in support of Request for Proposal (RFP) process, manage resulting Requests for Information (RFI), analyze bid results, and support in the execution of subsequent Contracts.
• Perform additional tasks as required by Regional Project Manager to maintain overall group organization, data deliverables, team readiness, and individual project viability. Required Competencies:

• Construction and/or Energy industry experience is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Engineering Job Overview This position assists in the overall management of assigned projects, to ensure compliance within required budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. Employees in this role support construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Assesses productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects
• Participates in walk downs of planned work, validates acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and reviews contractor payment requests
• Verifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocation, assesses field status, and resolves issues as needed
• Coordinates project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials and the company
• Assists in scope control, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progress
• Interfaces with landowners, local regulators and state agencies
• Reinforces expectations related to safety, procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
• Coordinates activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, analysis and contract administration
• Interfaces with project's designated management committee
