Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
Ensure food is cooked and stored at the correct temperature
Operate and clean kitchen equipment properly ovens, grill, fryer, range, broiler, slicer, etc
Prepare and cook food according to Sage standards and recipes
Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism Qualifications: Previous experience as a restaurant cook is preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or must be willing to attain)
Effective communication skills
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
