Love cooking in a unique Florida setting?
Join The Black Hammock — a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination on Lake Jesup with thrilling airboat rides, live alligators, exotic birds, and lakeside dining famous for our fried gator tail, catfish, and homemade desserts. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver great food to guests who come for adventure and flavor.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts
Schedule amp; Pay:
- Starting at $16/hour
- Restaurant hours (closed Mondays; evenings and weekends required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Food safety knowledge a plus
