BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - IN OFFICE

Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in Tampa. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking for long-term growth with a reputable insurance organization. You’ll support customers by handling inbound inquiries, navigating multiple systems, and delivering professional, high-quality service while progressing through a structured training and pay program. THIS ROLE IS 100% in office (none remote) and you must be bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish. Training is for 3 months working from 9am-5:30pm. After training you must be available from 8am-8pm M-F. Start date is September 14, 2026 and I am hosting virtual interviews next week, please send resume to [email protected]!
