Hand Solder Operator II
Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified Hand Solder Operator II candidates to work on-site with our client in Melbourne, FL.
Here's what you'd do:
- Perform hand soldering by utilizing a microscope to remove, install, align and straighten parts
- Remove solder from Gold Plate, prepare for re-plating and re-plate
- Use epoxy to affix loose pads to the board
- Add land material when it is broken or missing
- epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglass
- Install missing pads.

- Pay: $18-20/hour depending on experience
- Shifts:
- 1st Shift: M-F, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
- Length: Temp to Direct

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hand-soldering Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies
- Active IPC J-STD-001 Certification or minimum of 1 year of experience with soldering in Collins
