- Plan, organize, and facilitate daily resident activities, including maintaining an activity calendar, coordinating internal and external events, and encouraging resident participation.
- Engage with residents individually, including meeting new residents, understanding their interests, coordinating the Welcome Ambassador Program, and assisting with grievances when requested.
- Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, submitting supply requests, posting meeting minutes, distributing/collecting mail, and setting quarterly recreational goals.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and confidentiality by following all policies on safety, infection control, privacy, and mandatory reporting of potential abuse.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership, including working with the Assisted Living Administrator, nursing staff, and Resident Association to support community operations and resident wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and families
- Passion for connecting with others
- Applicants for this position must be willing to take a drug test
- Minimum of 1 year of senior living experience in a related field (preferred)
