Partner Level Interim Attorney (Fort Lauderdale) (Fort Lauderdale)

LHH is seeking a highly experienced and strategic legal professional to serve as a Partner Level Interim Attorney. This opportunity is for an esteemed client in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a senior attorney with deep subject matter expertise who can step into a leadership position on a temporary basis to manage complex legal matters, oversee teams, and contribute to firm strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of client service, litigation or transactional excellence, and the ability to lead high-stakes legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage complex legal cases or transactions across practice areas.
2. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate high-level legal documents and contracts.
5. Represent the firm or clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings.
6. Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
7. Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
8. Collaborate with firm leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Active license to practice law in Florida.
3. 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with prior partner or senior counsel experience.
4. Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
