```Duties```- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and regular meetings- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create customized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance- Stay up-to-date with market trends, investment products, and industry regulations- Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide holistic financial solutions- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand client base- Conduct outside sales activities to meet with potential clients and promote financial services- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms- Market financial services through various channels, including social media, events, and networking opportunities

```Qualifications```- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong sales administration skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive client information securely- Proficient in using financial planning software and tools- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear recommendations to clients- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
